MARCOS HJORN offers free standard delivery for all orders inside Spain. 

Shipping costs for International and EU shipping are calculated at checkout via DHL. 

Due to the artisanal process, orders may take up to 8-10 weeks to be ready from the moment they are processed. Time will vary depending on the quantity of orders which are being processed at that time. When finished, the orders are dispatched within a day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Delivery times should be used as a guide, kindly note delivery may take longer depending on the delivery location, transit delays, or customs clearance. Prices are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. Orders outside the EU are subject to all import duties and taxes, to be paid by the customer to local customs. MARCOS HJORN is not responsible for payment of these taxes. 

An invoice detailing the payment breakdown for purchased products and shipping will accompany all shipments. This invoice will reflect the full amount paid for the shoes and shipping fees.

We are unable to declare a lower price or value for any items on the invoice. Kindly refrain from requesting any adjustments to the declared value.

Since all products are made by demand and specifically for a costumer, returns and refunds are not available. Nonetheless, we will take into consideration exchanges when the quality promised is not met. In which case, the returned items must be sent back in the original condition with all packaging and materials received with the order (bags, wrappings, tags etc.). All shoes should only be tried on a carpeted surface to prevent the sole from being damaged or scratched. Since we make every product by demand, we kindly ask to ensure you have selected the right size. If you do have any doubts about sizing please check the size guide or do not hesitate to contact us.

Please keep in mind that each pair takes between twenty and thirty hours of work and it is made specifically for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
